About Samuel Levine
Samuel studied voice and languages at the Juilliard School, Yale University, and the Oberlin College Conservatory. He worked as a tenor for 18 years, first as a Young Artist with presenters such as the Santa Fe Opera, Opera Theatre of Saint Louis, and Tanglewood Music Festival, then as a freelance artist with the Hamburg State Opera, Oper Frankfurt, Oper Köln, Opernhaus Zürich, Houston Grand Opera, Cincinnati Opera, Opera Philadelphia, and Irish National Opera, as well as the Moscow Philharmonic, Berlin Philharmonie, Orchestra Sinfonico di Milano, Houston Symphony, and at Carnegie Hall. Away from work, he’s a passionate reader, cook, hiker, and amateur athlete, as well as a proud father. He joined TACT in 2025.
