Born in Paris, Olivier studied singing at the CNSMP and in the Paris Opera Ecole d’Art Lyrique. He sang on stage 50 different baritone roles for more than 20 years with producers such as La Monnaie in Bruxelles, Le Grand Théatre in Genève, Staatsoper in Berlin, Teatro Real in Madrid, Glyndebourne Festival, Theater an der Wien, Brooklyn Academy of Music in New York, Florida Opera in Miami, Bunkamura Hall in Tokyo, and La Scala di Milano among others. His 20 recordings are covering 400 years of music - from Jacopo Peri's Euridice, one of the first operas ever written, to pieces of modern music. Since 2009 he started to develop interest in organizing concert events («les voix du cœur» in Théâtre des Champs Élysées in Paris) and working with opera managers (Raymond Duffaut and Gérard Facq in Avignon’s Opera). He has also started teaching in Amsterdam alongside his wife, soprano Rosemary Joshua. He joined TACT in 2015.
