We are proud to announce the participation of several TACT artists in the 2025/26 season at Teatro alla Scala. Their performances span an exciting range of repertoire and roles, featured across some of the most anticipated productions of the season.
The 2024-2025 season will finish with Anna Skryleva conducting the world premiere of Anna A by Silvia Colasanti, running from September 28 to October 19, 2025.
And the season begins with a powerful staging of Shostakovich’s Lady Macbeth of Mtsensk, running from December 7 to 30, 2025, and featuring no fewer than three TACT artists: soprano Ekaterina Sannikova as Aksinya, bass Oleg Budaratskii as the Police Inspector, and bass Goderdzi Janelidze as the Old Convict. The production will feature incredible stage action created by Ran Arthur Braun and Showtalent Network, who will be responsible for all stunts and special effects.
In the spring, baritone Ólafur Sigurdarson appears as Alberich in Wagner’s Siegfried, with performances on March 5 and 13, 2026.
Mezzo-soprano Marcela Rahal returns for her fourth production with La Scala, singing the role of Siébel in Gounod’s Faust, on stage from October 20 to November 8, 2026.
Finally, conductor Mikhail Agrest leads performances of Adolphe Adam’s beloved ballet Giselle, running from September 19 to October 23, 2026.
