We are excited to announce that several artists from TACT’s roster will perform at the Metropolitan Opera during the 2025–2026 season, showcasing some of the most beloved operatic productions.
Maestro Timur Zangiev will make his Met debut conducting Tchaikovsky’s ‘Eugene Onegin’ from April 20 to May 16, 2026, with a worldwide ‘Live in HD’ broadcast scheduled for May 9, 2026.
In the new year, Aigul Akhmetshina will return to the Met, where she previously shone, to take on the title role in Bizet’s ‘Carmen’ on January 11, 14, 17, 20, and 23, 2026. Her acclaimed interpretation of the fiery heroine is sure to captivate the audience once again.
In Giordano's opera "Andrea Chénier," Olesya Petrova will perform the role of Madelon, while Guriy Gurev will sing Roucher. The performances will take place from November 24 to December 13, 2025. The final show will be broadcast live to audiences around the world through a "Live in HD" event on December 13, 2025.
Tenor Long Long will perform as Rodolfo in Puccini’s ‘La Bohème’ on April 13, 17, 21, 25, and May 1, 2026, with a ‘Live in HD’ broadcast scheduled for November 8, 2025.
