We are thrilled to welcome Sevillian soprano Leonor Bonilla to TACT for General Management!
Praised by the critics as “one of the great promises, if not already established certainty, of the Spanish lyrical scene, both for her vocal quality and her acting skills” (Opera World), Leonor Bonilla has been recently awarded the Premio Opera Actual 2019 and Opera XXI 2020 to the best young singer. She also has numerous prizes to her credit, like:
1st Prize and Special Audience Prize in Contest New Voices of Seville City, International Contest of Logroño and Santa Cruz de Tenerife International Opera Contest.
Her current and future engagements include Desdemona in Otello at Belcanto Opera Festival in Japan, Lucia Ashton in 7 deaths of Maria Callas at Liceu Barcelona, Leila in Les pêcheurs de perles at Bellas Artes Opera Mexico, Gilda in Rigoletto at Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theatre, Nannetta in Falstaff for Outono lírico en Vigo.
