His past engagements are highlighted by his appearance as José in Carmen, Herman in Pique Dame, Rienzi in Rienzi, der Letzte der Tribunen, Manrico in Il trovatore, King Gustav in Un ballo in maschera.
Mikhail is the winner of many opera competitions, such as Laureate of the Russian National Theater Award "Golden Mask"; Laureate of the State Prize of the Republic of Buryatia; Honored Artist of the Republic of Buryatia.
