About Irina Paradnaya
Irina Paradnaya holds a BA from the Moscow Art Theater School and an MA in Arts Administration and Production from New York University. She has a background as a producer in major theatres and independent projects worldwide, along with research experience in marketing and development. After living in the United States for four years, she relocated to Germany, where she continues her professional development in the field of theatre and performing arts. Since 2025, she has been collaborating with TACT, contributing her international experience and creative expertise.
