Marcin Kopec

Marcin was the CEO and co-creator of a unique online service for singers - The Opera Stage, due to the success of the platform, he chose a handful of both promising and established artists and together with his business partner Stephen Svanholm founded SVANHOLM KOPEC Artist Management, a boutique management, working with the emerging UK talents. His knowledgeable, personal approach, strong mentoring skills and over a decade of experience as a professional singer helped to establish a management focussed on setting and achieving career goals.


In his free time, Marcin enjoys dancing and running and is a very skilled restaurantgoer.

Michael Murashov

Michael studied History, Art and Modern languages at the Moscow State University and Freie Universität Berlin. He obtained a PhD in History and started his professional career as a journalist. For nearly 15 years he held management positions in public relations and communications in the leading Russian and international firms.

Valeriy Serkin

Valeriy studied choir conducting at the Kharkov Music College in Ukraine, before graduating as a lyric tenor from the Gnessin Academy in Moscow. He performed at opera houses and festivals such as Opéra National de Paris, La Monnaie Brussels, San Francisco Opera, Théâtre du Châtelet Paris, Teatro Sao Carlo Lisbon, Teatro Reggio di Torino, Zürich Opera, Volksoper Wien, Deutsche Oper am Rhein Düsseldorf, Theater Bonn, Nantes, Luxembourg, Liège, Valladolid, Festival d'Aix-en-Provence, Bregenz Festival, Concertgebouw Amsterdam, Konzerthaus Vienna, Hamburg, Tokyo, Washington, Los Angeles, and Stanislavsky Theatre Moscow, among others.

Oliver Kretschmer

Born in Stuttgart, Oliver studied singing at the Salzburger Mozarteum. He started his theater career as assistant to director Jean Pierre Ponnelle at the Salzburger Festspiele, and worked in addition in Cologne, Bremen, and in Montpellier, among others. He was Referent of the Intendant of Theater Freiburg, Planning Manager of 'Musik der Jahrhunderte' in Stuttgart. He also worked as Dramaturg for Press and Public Relations at Staatsoper Stuttgart for three seasons and as Planning Manager of the Festival Theaterformen for Expo 2000 in Hannover. Oliver was Artistic Director of both Staatsoper Hannover and Stuttgart.

Elena Onoprienko

Elena studied modern languages and linguistics and completed her post-graduate studies in art history in Saint Petersburg. She received several scholarship awards in Russia and Germany to fulfill research projects in history of arts and literature. Besides this academic background, she enjoyed courses in musical studies and lessons in piano.

She worked as a teacher, coordinator of studying programs for graduate students, interpreter, and lecturer in St. Petersburg and collaborated with exhibition production of the Hermitage Amsterdam.

Pawel Marciniak

Pawel began his musical studies at a young age with the violin and piano. He graduated from the Nowowiejski Music Academy in Poland as french horn player and completed his education at Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofia and Instituto Internacional de Música da Camara both in Madrid, Spain. He joined Orchestra de la Academia del Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona and had frequently worked as well with Orquestra Simfònica del Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona and Orquestra Simfónica del Palau de Les Arts in Valencia. He also served as a horn and chamber music instructor at the Paderewski Music Academy in Poland.

In 2014 Pawel was appointed the director of the music department at IDEA Gestión Cultural in Spain, a non-profit arts organisation which led him to organise a number of musical events in Spain such as festivals, concert cycles and masterclasses, combining it with his activities as an independent artist manager.

Alex Grigorev

Alex studied first violin and viola and sang professionally in various choirs. He graduated from the Sweelinck Conservatory in Amsterdam as a tenor and continued his vocal training at the Opera Studio Amsterdam. After being fixed engaged at Theater Darmstadt, Germany, he performed internationally with producers such as De Nederlandse Opera Amsterdam, Liceu Barcelona, La Monnaie Brussels, Opéra National de Lyon, Paris Châtelet, Vlaamse Opera Antwerp, Torino (RAI), Wiener Festwochen, Festival Edinburgh, Leipzig, among others.

Anna Fauth

Anna is a graduate of the Longy School of Bard College of Music with a degree in Vocal Opera Performance, and has studied Business Administration at the University of Michigan.

After years on the operatic circuit, having sung her favorite roles, Anna has found a home at TACT Management where she can combine both her passion for the art of opera and her acquired skills in business.

Anna’s interests include Art History, and answering “why” questions of her five year old son.

Olivier Lallouette

Born in Paris, Olivier studied singing at the CNSMP and in the Paris Opera Ecole d’Art Lyrique. He sang on stage 50 different baritone roles for more than 20 years with producers such as La Monnaie in Bruxelles, Le Grand Théatre in Genève, Staatsoper in Berlin, Teatro Real in Madrid, Glyndebourne Festival, Theater an der Wien, Brooklyn Academy of Music in New York, Florida Opera in Miami, Bunkamura Hall in Tokyo, and La Scala di Milano among others. His 20 recordings are covering 400 years of music - from Jacopo Peri's Euridice, one of the first operas ever written, to pieces of modern music. Since 2009 he started to develop interest in organizing concert events («les voix du cœur» in Théâtre des Champs Élysées in Paris) and working with opera managers (Raymond Duffaut and Gérard Facq in Avignon’s Opera). He has also started teaching in Amsterdam alongside his wife, soprano Rosemary Joshua. He joined TACT in 2015..

Stephan Reineke

Stephan studied law, musicology and cultural management at the universities in Bayreuth, Mainz, Cologne and Berlin. He gained valuable experience working in the artistic administration of Komische Oper Berlin, as assistant to the Director of the Rundfunkchor Berlin and as personal assistant to the Intendant of Dortmund Opera. In addition, he was also Managing President of a non-profit foundation in Berlin supporting young artists. Stephan gives lectures at the Berlin Summer University of the Arts, and works in audition trainings with students at the Hanns Eisler School of Music Berlin, at the Dutch National Opera Academy, and for further vocal academies and programs. Leszek Solarski

Leszek is a graduate of Music Academies in Kraków and Frankfurt am Main. As a bass, he sang the roles like Don Pasquale, Leporello or Don Basilio and he appeared among others on the stages of the Opera in Frankfurt or the National Opera in Warsaw. Leszek worked in organizing concerts and managed “Opera To Go”, a project where classical music meets comedy. In his free time he runs a podcast for young singers, in which invites guests to share knowledge about the ins and outs of the European opera music market..
