Member of the Opera Studio at Opernhaus Zürich, where he appeared in different productions, including Don Prudencio Il Viaggio a Reims, Jude Salome, The Imperial Commissioner Madama Butterfly, Simone Gianni Schicchi and Mayor La forza del destino, collaborating with conductors Marco Armiliato, Pier Giorgio Morandi, Adrian Kelly, Simone Young, Kaapo Ijas, Richard Rosenberg, Antonino Fogliani, and Ricardo Casero, as well as stage directors including Andreas Homoki, Mélanie Huber, Mario Pontiggia, Hugo de Ana, Amy Lane, and Annette Weber-Hussain. He will make his debuts as Don Basilio in Il barbiere di Siviglia, Colline La Bohème, Zuniga Carmen in Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb and performs Dvořák’s Stabat Mater and Puccini’s Messa di Gloria in Switzerland and Mozart Requiem with Maestro Repusic. He made his debut as Alidoro La Cenerentola at the Bregenzer Festspiele; performed Verdi’s Requiem with the Orquesta Reino de Aragón in Zaragoza; appeared in concert with the Zagreb Philharmonic Orchestra at the Concert Hall Vatroslav Lisinski; is scheduled to appear in Christmas Story with the Croatian Radiotelevision Orchestra and Choir; performed Salieri in Mozart and Salieri at Bersa Concert Hall; and debuted as Bacchus in Papandopulo’s Amphitryon at the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb.

In 2023, Lobel won the International Vocal Competition Lazar Jovanovic in Belgrade and was honored with a special prize from Željko Lučić

Gygli überzeugt mit Stil (tadelloser Belcanto) und Klasse, Barun mit wunderbar kräftigem, gut fokussierten Bass.
