Biography Highlights

Debuts as Violetta in La Traviata, Donna Anna in Don Giovanni, and Romilda in Xerxe - all in Bern, Rosina in Il Barbiere di Siviglia at Tbilisi State Opera, alongside performances as Zerlina in Don Giovanni at Sibiu Opera Festival and Musetta in La Boheme at Theater Erfurt in Germany. The season also features concert appearances at Le théâtre de la Rotonde in Épinal, the Rustaveli Theatre in Tbilisi,  the Centre des Arts Pluriels in Luxembourg and Bern Stadttheater, Adele in Die Fledermaus at Teatro Nuovo Giovanni da Udine, Norina in Don Pasquale at Bobbio Festival in Piacenza and in Luxembourg, next to a concert at the Bucharest State Opera.
Already as a member of the Opera Studio of the Tbilisi State Opera, Lina performed on stage the roles of Berta in Il Barbiere di Siviglia, Elisetta in Il matrimonio segreto, Gilda in Rigoletto, and Lauretta in Gianni Schicchi. 

Lina is a graduate of the Tbilisi State Conservatoire, where she earned both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Performing Arts (Opera singing) under the guidance of Guliko Kariauli, as well as a separate Bachelor’s degree in Composition and Musicology.
She is a prize-winner in several international competitions, most recently being awarded the 3rd Prize in the Crown Competition (Georgia, 2025), 2nd Prize and the Prize for Best Performance at the Alfredo Kraus Competition (Spain, 2025), and was a special prize winner at the Concorso Lirico Internazionale Citta di Genova (2022).
