Return to Staatsoper Berlin Unter den Linden for a New Production of Die Entführung aus dem Serail conducted by Thomas Guggeis; upcoming New Productions at many of Europe's most prestigious theaters.
Recent
From 2021-2025, Andrea Moses served as Artistic and Opera Director of Deutsches Nationaltheater Weimar / Kunstfest Weimar, directing a series of major productions and world premieres and winning the prize of the German Theatre Publishers (Preis der Deutschen Theaterverlage). Highlights include Aida (2021), Welcome to Paradise Lost by Jörn Arnecke and Falk Richter (world premiere, 2022), Der Silbersee by Kurt Weill and Georg Kaiser (2023), Herzensgrund after Bach and Kagel at the Passion: SPIEL (2023), Missing in Cantu by Johannes Maria Staud and Thomas Köck (world premiere, 2023), 2023, La traviata (2025), and Brundibár by Hans Krása (2025). She also led New Productions of Angels in America at Theater Bremen (2023) and Adam und Eva for Landestheater Linz (2024).
