We are thrilled to announce that several artists from TACT’s roster will grace the stage of Staatsoper Hamburg in the upcoming 2025/26 season, showcasing their exceptional talent in some of the most celebrated operatic masterpieces.
At the beginning of the season, Andrii Kymach will star as Ford in Verdi’s ‘Falstaff’, with performances running from October 2 to October 15, 2025.
In November and December, Staatsoper Hamburg will present Glinka’s ‘Ruslan and Lyudmila’, featuring a stellar cast of TACT artists. Ilia Kazakov will take on the role of Ruslan, while Gabriela Legun will enchant audiences as Lyudmila. Performances for this opera are scheduled from November 9 to December 19, 2025.
Aleksandra Olczyk will mesmerize audiences as the Queen of the Night in Mozart’s ‘Die Zauberflöte’, with performances from November 23 to January 3.
Also in November, Ewa Płonka will take on the title role in Puccini’s ‘Tosca’, with performances running from November 29 to January 1, 2026.
As we enter the new year, David Leigh will captivate audiences as Daland in Wagner’s ‘Der fliegende Holländer’, with performances scheduled from January 13 to January 30, 2026.
In February and March, Maestro Timur Zangiev will conduct Tchaikovsky’s ‘Pique Dame’, featuring Lukasz Golinski as Count Tomsky from February 7 to March 13, 2026.
As spring unfolds, Staatsoper Hamburg will present two major productions featuring TACT artists. In Verdi’s ‘Il Trovatore’, Boris Pinkhasovich will take on the role of Count di Luna, with performances running from March 18 to April 8, 2026.
Meanwhile, Wagner’s ‘Lohengrin’ will showcase the powerful voices of Yulia Matochkina as Ortrud and Szymon Mechlinski as Herrufer, with performances scheduled from March 22 to April 11, 2026.
