Soprano Latonia Moore joins TACT

We are delighted to welcome soprano Latonia Moore to the roster of TACT!

A celebrated artist on the world’s greatest stages, Ms. Moore has captivated audiences with her powerful performances in leading roles. She is particularly renowned for her portrayal of Aida, a role she has performed at The Metropolitan Opera, Royal Opera House, Opera Australia, Teatro Colón, and many other prestigious houses. Her recent engagements include Sister Rose in Dead Man Walking and Billie in Fire Shut Up in My Bones at The Metropolitan Opera, Margherita in Mefistofele at Teatro Lirico di Cagliari, and Verdi’s Requiem at the BBC Proms.

Upcoming highlights include the title role in Jenůfa with The Cleveland Orchestra under Franz Welser-Möst, performances as Bess (Porgy and Bess) in São Paulo, and Serena (Porgy and Bess) in Houston and at The Metropolitan Opera.

A three-time Grammy Award winner for Best Opera Recording with The Metropolitan Opera (Champion, Fire Shut Up in My Bones, Porgy and Bess), Ms. Moore continues to shape the opera world with her artistry.
