We are excited to welcome baritone Yannick Debus to TACT for General Management.
Member of the Opernhaus Zürich Opera Studio, this season Yannick Debus can be seen as Pieter in Stefan Wirth’s Girl with a Pearl Earring, Thierry in Dialogues des Carmélites, and Graf Dominik in Arabella. His other engagaments include Kilian and Ottokar Der Freischütz in the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, Konzerthaus Freiburg, Staatstheater Wiesbaden and Köln Philharmonic, Bass Solo The Creation by Haydn in Konzerthaus Berlin, Apollo Apollo e Dafne with the Freiburger Barockorchester in Basel and in Ascona, Händel's Israel in Egypt at Paris Philharmonic, Konzerthaus Freiburg and Berlin Philharmonic with conductor René Jacobs.
Future engagements include Beethoven's 9th Symphony in the Berlin Philharmonic with the Brandenburger Symphoniker, Jesus St. John Passion at Concertgebouw Amsterdam, Haydn's Orlando Paladino in Basel, Jupiter in Platée by Rameau - all with René Jacobs, Rihms' Jakob Lenz and Schaunard La Bohème at Opernhaus Zürich.
