The season will start with two important new productions - "The Yellow Princess" by Saint-Saëns in double bill with "Djamileh" by Bizet (lead by Laurent Campellone), and "La Vie parisienne" by Offenbach in its original version in five acts, scheduled to premiere on October 1.

The program maestro Campellone imagined for the year 2021 in Tours is a treat for French opera lovers, even if the Covid-19 took a heavy toll in his first six months

As a guest conductor, Laurent Campellone will lead from December 13th the new production of Gounod's "Romeo and Juliet" at the Opéra Comique in Paris.
