We are excited to welcome soprano Ekaterina Sannikova to TACT for exclusive world wide representation.
Sannikova’s current engagements include her debuts in Opernhaus Zürich as Tatyana Eugene Onegin directed by Barrie Kosky under the baton of Gianandrea Noseda, Leonora Il Trovatore Korean National Opera, Liza The Queen of Spades at the Hessisches Staatstheater Wiesbaden, Floria Tosca at the Teatro Massimo Bellini in Catania.
Her debut at the Oper im Steinbruch Festival as Abigaille Nabucco was hailed by the press for her “strong stage presence and her deep, secure, confident, warm voice with dramatic power.”
Her guest appearances at the Mariinsky Theatre included the roles of Mimi La Boheme, Maddalena Andrea Chenier, Leonora Il Trovatore, Chrysothemis Elektra, the title roles of Aida and Tosca, Sieglinde Die Walküre, Elettra Idomeneo, Iguamota Cristoforo Colombo, Joan of Arc The Maid of Orleans, Ariadne Ariadne auf Naxos.
Sannikova is a recipient of numerous awards with most notable being Operalia Special Prize and Monte Carlo Competition Grand Prix Winner.
