In the season 2022/23 Anna Werle will debut as Waltraute in "Die Walküre" at the Opernhaus Zürich in a new production under the baton of Gianandrea Noseda and as Brangäne in "Tristan und Isolde" at the Sofia Opera under the baton of Constantin Trinks. Moreover, she will return as Roßweiße in "Die Walküre" to the Staatsoper Stuttgart under the baton of Cornelius Meister. On the concert stage, she will sing Oratorio de Noël (Saint-Saëns) with the Württembergische Philharmonie under the baton of Ariane Matiakh, Messa da Requiem (Verdi) with the Vogtlandphilharmonie, Weihnachtsoratorium (Bach) with the Berliner Bachgesellschaft and Mozart-Requiem with the Staatsphilharmonie Rheinland Pfalz.
In 2022 Anna Werle debuted as Brangäne in "Tristan und Isolde" at the Teatro Petruzzelli Bari under the baton of Marc Piollet and at the Oper Leipzig (Cover), as Charlotte in "Werther", as Marcellina in "Le Nozze di Figaro" and as Prinz Orlofsky in "Die Fledermaus" at the Theater Regensburg. Moreover, Anna returned to the Staatsoper Stuttgart as Fricka (Cover) and Rossweiße in "Die Walküre" under the baton of Cornelius Meister as well as to the Tiroler Festspiele Erl as Siegrune in "Die Walküre".
During the pandemic, planned debuts as Brangäne in "Tristan und Isolde" at the Opera Queensland in Brisbane/Australia under the baton of Pietari Inkinen and at the Teatro San Carlo di Napoli in "La vedova allegra" have been cancelled or postponed.
Other recent debuts include Hänsel, Rosina, Emilia in "Otello", Maddalena, Cenerentola, Dorabella, Cherubino, Secretary in "The Consul", Ganymed in "Die schöne Galathée", 2. Dame and 3. Dame in "Die Zauberflöte", Ramiro in "La finta giardinera", La Ciesca in "Gianni Schicchi", Fragoletto in"Les Brigands", Viclinda in"I Lombardi alla prima crociata", 2. Angel/Marie in"Written on Skin", Rossweiße in"Die Walküre" at theatres and festivals like the Komische Oper Berlin, the Staatsoper Stuttgart, the Staatstheater Nürnberg, the Aalto Theater Essen, the Staatstheater Mainz, the Oper Halle, the Staatsoperette Dresden, the Opernfestspiele Heidenheim, the Tiroler Festspiele Erl and the Paphos Aphrodite Festival.
