About Lily Chavaillaz
Lily was the founder of the 'On Stage Agency' in Zürich where she was dedicated to investing time into newly discovered talent and coaching these artists professionally throughout their careers. Her devotion to creativity and management spans over a decade, with experience in the industry as a professional singer, coach and director. Lily has had the opportunity to manage and direct several operas in the last few years, including Ermanno Wolf-Ferrari's "Il segreto di Susanna" and Tchaikovski's "Eugene Onegin" in Zürich ZHdK and Saint Moritz, Switzerland. Through these operas young artists have been given the platform to debut whilst maintaining international levels of performance. Alongside her professional occupations Lily also enjoys exploring new cultures through learning foreign languages and travelling.
