We are delighted to announce the addition of baritone Aluda Todua to our management roster.

In the upcoming season he is set to portray Ford in ‘Falstaff’, Jago in ‘Otello’ and reprise the role of Rodrigo in ‘Don Carlo’ at Hessisches Staatstheater Wiesbaden. Aluda will also make triumphant returns to the Prague National Theatre where he will star in the title role of ‘Rigoletto’ and to Staatstheater Darmstadt where he will take on the role of Giorgio Germont in ‘La Traviata’.

Aluda Todua recently graced the stage as ‘Rigoletto’ at the Prague National Theatre, wowed audiences as Kiazo in Paliashvili's ‘Daisi’ at Tbilisi State Opera and Ballet Theatre and portrayed Michele in ‘Il Tabarro’ (part of ‘Il Trittico’) at the Internationale Maifestspiele in Wiesbaden. His portrayal of Giorgio Germont in ‘La Traviata’ at Staatstheater Darmstadt was met with significant acclaim.

His prodigious talent has been recognized through various competitions with victories in the International Bülbül Competition of Vocalists in Azerbaijan (2012), the Elena Obraztsova International Competition of Young Opera Singers in Russia (2013), the International Singing Competition Neue Stimmen (Gütersloh, 2015) and the Stanisław Moniuszko International Vocal Competition (Warsaw, 2016).

We are honoured to welcome Aluda Todua to our management and we look forward to supporting his career as he continues to shine on the operatic stage.
